Board Game insures and tracks all products by Australia Registered Post.

Most orders are received within 3-12 business days, once payment has cleared - depending on availability.

Payment Options

An advantage of paying with credit card is that we receive your payment instantly, which means we can begin processing your order straight away.

Paypal

Paying for your order via Paypal is very similar to paying by credit card. It is instant and secure. This is beneficial if you do not have a credit card but do have a Paypal account.

Cheque/Money Order

Although not the fastest form of payment, cheques are still very common and are a good alternative for people who do not have or use a credit card or paypal account. Simply make the cheque payable to 'Board Game Central' and pop it in the mail with either your name or order number so we can trace the payment to your order.

Direct Deposit or 'Electronic Transfer'

Paying by direct deposit involves electronically sending funds directly from your account to Board Game Central's account. When making the payment, ensure you include a reference of either your name or order number so we can trace the payment to your order. Returns

Due to the fragile nature of our products, Board Game Central uses Australia Post for the method of delivery, unless otherwise negotiated. It is in our best interest that your order is delivered as quickly and safely as possible, for this reason Board Game Central insures all packages and tracks them using Registered Post. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, you must contact us within forty eight (48) hours of receiving your item. This urgency is crucial to ensure that a claim can be made against the delivery company for compensation of the damage incurred. It is important to note that in this situation that the manufacturer, supplier or reseller, (Board Game Central) are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit. However, it is in Board Game Centrals best interests to ensure that any damages incurred during transit are rectified immediately with the delivery company. It is your responsibility to examine your product(s) immediately after receiving them. If you fail to contact us within the specified time period (48 hours), it will be assumed that you have accepted the item in an undamaged state and Board Game Central shall not be liable to pay for or replace that item.

If a product is found to be DOA (‘Dead on Arrival’), (that is, not damaged during transit) we must be notified within two (2) business days of you receiving your product. In this situation, it remains your responsibility to return the product back to Board Game Central, with consent from Board Game Central. The product must include all original packaging and be in an unused condition to be accepted for inspection. The return of the product will be at your own cost, and must (unless otherwise negotiated with Board Game Central) be sent with an Australia Post money order for the same value at which it cost to send back. Once we receive the ‘faulty product’ we will inspect and determine whether or not the product has a manufacturers defect. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement of the exact same product will be dispatched immediately. If for any reason that is uncontrollable by Board Game Central, that a product is no longer available, a new product may be negotiated to the same value as the original purchase. If the product is not found to be faulty, the product will be sent back to you immediately.
